We provide a judgement-free space for you to explore anxiety, burnout, relationship boundaries and emotional overwhelm. You don't need to be falling apart to begin therapy, sometimes you just need a safe space to be understood, reflect and grow.
People come to therapy at many different points. Some are feeling quietly overwhelmed or stuck. Others are navigating more persistent difficulties, such as anxiety, intrusive thoughts or images, trauma, low mood or patterns that feel hard to shift.
There isn't a single threshold you need to cross to deserve support. If something feels difficult, confusing or unresolved, that's enough.

CBT helps us to understand and break free of unhelpful cycles of thoughts, feelings and behaviours. It is a practical approach giving you the tools and understanding you need to become unstuck from anxiety and depression. It can be used to treat difficulties such as OCD, social anxiety, panic attacks and overwhelm, health anxiety, worry and PTSD, as well as working on boundaries, burnout and low self-esteem.
